Governor of GAMI Visits the Academy of Defense Industries

H.E. Eng. Ahmed Abdulaziz AlOhali, Governor of the General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI), visited the Academy of Defense Industries today.

He was received by H.E. Dr. Ahmed Fahad AlFuhaid, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Academy, and Mr. Fahad bin Sulaiman Al-Harbi, CEO of the Academy.

During the visit, H.E. Eng. AlOhali reviewed the Academy’s programs and its advanced technical and training facilities. He also toured several laboratories and workshops, gaining insights into the Academy’s cutting-edge capabilities for preparing and qualifying national talent in defense industries.

The visit included a presentation by Academy students, showcasing their training and applied projects, as well as innovative technologies that contribute to localizing defense industries and reflect the high-quality training provided by the Academy.

H.E. Eng. AlOhali praised the efforts to empower the sector through the development of national human capital, stressing the pivotal role the Academy plays in supporting Saudi Vision 2030 and strengthening national readiness in the defense industries sector.
